Rewritten generator for OpenGL bindings, this will enable some nice features that are in the works. Updated projects to .net 5 New colors using phantom types for color spaces. Note**: The new OpenGL bindings will receive updates and breaking changes in the coming previews. Note**: The generated functions currently do not have xml documentation attached to them, this will be available in the final release.
